Refund policy
Returns
You can return a product for up to 30 days from the initial date of delivery confirmation for a full refund (excluding any shipping fees).
To be eligible for a refund, the product(s) must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that it was received. Please keep the purchase confirmation to include with your return. All refunds exclude shipping and/or duty fees. All discounted items are final sale.
We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:
- An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of return abuse
- An irregular or excessive returns history involving used, altered, repackaged, damaged, or missing items; or
- Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

Non-Refundable Items
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts
- Any items returned exceeding 30 days past the delivery date
- Any discounted/sale items or items purchased with a promotional code
- Any bespoke items for custom-orders

Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective or damaged and have been reported as such within 7 days of delivery. Exchanges can only be made for the same product. To begin the exchange process, reach out to us by email at support@carmyst.com.

Refunds
Once your we receive your returned item, we will contact you by email to notify you of that your order has been received. After the inspection process, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
In the case of an approved inspection, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. This should reflect within a certain amount of days depending on your card holder.
Initial shipping fees are non-refundable, no exceptions.

Shipping

We do not provide prepaid return labels; you are responsible for covering shipping costs for any returns.
Depending on location, the time it may take for your exchanged product(s) to arrive may vary.
We are not liable for any packages that may become damaged, lost or stolen in-transit. We highly recommend that customers keep proof of postage and/or a return tracking number when shipping back any returns.

Missing Orders
Customers are responsible of ensuring all their delivery details are correct when placing their order. If your order is delayed or missing as a result of an invalid/incorrect delivery address, we will wait for the parcel to be returned to us before sending out another product. Not all missing orders are returned to us therefore we are not liable and cannot offer a refund in those circumstances. If the shipment is sent back to us successfully, we will resend the parcel to the new address, however, you will be charged the additional shipping fees. If you then request a refund, 50% of your initial payment will be deducted to cover the cost of shipping, production and processing. The same applies for any orders attempted to deliver and are returned due not being retrieved from the courier.
